Every bellydancer and bellydance teacher must know the basic Arabic rhythms. So in today’s first part of two video lessons you will learn such rhythms as Malfuf, Saidi and rhythms of Maksum family – basic, classic, Maksum Fallahi and Maksum Shaabi. The material you will see in this video has a clear structure so it is easy to understand. The explanation and musical part are performed by famous teacher and musician from Greece Chronis Taxidis and dancing part is demonstrated by dancer, teacher and choreographer Aliah.
